Quinta do Olival da Murta / Serra Oca Moscatel Graudo is a dry Moscatel from the Graudo cultivar. This wine displays the bold, powerfully exotic floral aromas that Moscatels are famous for. It is spontaneously fermented on the skins for 10 days. It develops some color from the maceration, making it fit both white and orange wine categories, depending on whose eyes are looking at the wine. The wine also hints at honey, mint, and pine in the nose, but the pallet is full of freshness, acidity, and a clean, quenching finish.
