Cabrita Negra Mole

Negra Mole is a unique and bewildering variety from the Algarve. This wine has fruity and delicate aromas, such as strawberries or pomegranate, which makes a pleasant balance of flavors in the mouth where the fruit and acidity present dominate the tasting, ending well-rounded. Cabrita Negra Mole accompanies grilled fish, white meat, and regional snacks. Serve between 12 and 14°C.
